I am currently in network with the following insurance companies. Clients are responsible for checking coverage prior to their first session. I do my best assist with cost estimates but pricing is not guaranteed due to the nature of insurance.

Individual Supervision for LMSW or LCSW in Maryland

Pricing is dependent upon clinical hours required and the nature of the supervisee’s work. Please inquire directly about rates or for more information about my supervision services!

Please note: Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. A $50 fee will be charged for all no shows or cancellations occurring with less than 24 hours notice. I will waive the 24 hour cancellation policy one time per calendar year. 

Telehealth policy

I am currently licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Maryland for both in-person and telehealth therapy services. Prior to your first appointment, you will sign a specialized Informed Consent for teletherapy services to explain privacy policies and limitations.

In order to receive telehealth services, clients must be located in the state of Maryland at the time of service.

For telehealth services to be successful, clients should ensure the following:

  • Located in a confidential space in the state of Maryland

  • Reliable internet or data plan

Driving, public transit, or public spaces are not acceptable locations. Failure to meet the above requirements may result in a late cancellation charge. Please ensure you are able to meet these requirements before engaging in telehealth services, or notify me 24 hours before your appointment if there are issues.

Most insurance plans reimburse and cover telehealth services at the same rate as in person therapy sessions. I utilize HIPAA secure video platforms to ensure high quality services. Telehealth links are sent prior to your first session and confirmed after you schedule your first appointment.

If you have issues accessing a link, did not receive a notification email, or having other technology issues, please reach out to me as soon as possible!

When To Use Text Messaging or Phone Calls

  3. Cancellations/Running Late to Appointment 

  4. Crises, if you feel you need an additional appointment earlier than our next scheduled appointment. If you feel like you are at risk for self-harm, suicidal ideation, or a harm to others, you must go to your nearest emergency room or call 988.

When NOT to electronic communication or phone calls

  1. Therapeutic Issues/Talking about feelings related to the therapy process. Text messaging can often be misconstrued and the meaning of communication is lost. Please bring up any therapeutic issues in the actual therapy session. We can talk much more clearly and open in the therapy session than through a text message exchange. I will check in regularly with you during sessions to see how the therapy process is going for you.

  2. Every day conversations or small-talk

  3. Non-emergency problems

When You are In Crisis

You can call my cell phone at any hour. I may not answer right away if I am in session, with another client, on vacation or sleeping, but I will get back to you as soon as I can.

For current clients, if I am on vacation, coverage information is provided prior to my leave.

If you need immediate help and I am not available

  1. Call 911 or head to your nearest hospital Emergency Room

  2. Call 988, the National Suicide and Crisis hotline. Available 24 hours in English and Spanish.
