Services

  • Perinatal mental health

I work with women through all walks of life. From puberty to menopause and beyond, my goal is to make women's mental health accessible and reducing stigma around seeking help. Whether you're planning for a family or currently pregnant, my focus is to assist my clients in managing stress that comes with life changes and empower you to create the life you want.

I am part of the PSI (Postpartum Support International) provider directory and have advanced clinical training in perinatal mental health.

  • Mood disorders and trauma therapy

Finding the right therapist is tough, especially for those experiencing chronic anxiety and depression. If you're feeling stuck or having a difficult time seeing the light at the end of the tunnel, I'm here to walk with you. I use a blend of cognitive behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness to address the symptoms that come from experiencing trauma or chronic mental health issues. Every person is unique and your treatment is curated to you.

  • Supervision and career counseling for future therapists

I am a board certified supervisor in the state of Maryland. If you are a current LMSW or LCSW and looking for supervision, please contact me directly about rates!

I also provide short or long term therapy for those in the mental health field and would like to discuss the process of becoming a therapist.

How to get started

Please reach out to me via my contact form here or get in touch via email or phone! I always like to have a brief, 15 minute phone call to ensure we are a good fit. Once your means of payment is confirmed (insurance or cash), we will set up your first appointment which is an intake session.

Before your first session, please complete all required onboarding paperwork, which include practice policies, telehealth consents, and a method of payment. I also include optional scales and intake questions to get to know you before our first session.

Intake sessions are initial sessions where I get to know my clients and what brings them to therapy. I find this process helpful in understanding my client’s background and gives you the opportunity to share anything you’d like for me to know.

After our initial session, you determine how often you’d like to be seen for therapy and we discuss your treatment plan.

If for some reason we are not a good fit, no worries! I understand therapy and the process of finding a therapist is daunting. I’m here to connect you to other resources, a higher level of care, or refer you to one of my colleagues.

I look forward to working with you!
